I am devoted to creating community through mind–body–soul connection.
Yoga, to me, is more than movement — it is a practice of remembering our wholeness. In my classes we explore strength, softness, curiosity, and play. I encourage students to listen deeply to their bodies while discovering new layers of resilience and creativity.
