She Flows Camp
Details
September 25th - 27th Bethel Farm, Hillsborough NH
Just imagine
You turn onto a quiet road, trees stretching overhead, and your shoulders are already starting to drop. You arrive not knowing exactly what to expect but within minutes, you’re laughing with women who feel familiar and gazing around at the grounds that embrace you warmly.
Soon enough, you’re jumping in the pond, warming up in the sauna, wandering to a waterfall, moving your body, telling stories by the fire with s’mores.
You’re resting when you need to, playing when you want to, and realizing, you don’t have to try so hard here. Somewhere between the movement, the stillness, and the in-between moments, you feel like yourself again. You belong to the earth, to this community, to yourself. And it’s everything.
Welcome to Camp She Flows. ✨
What To Expect
She Flows Collective is leaving the Seacoast (don’t worry, it’s less than 90 minutes away!) for a weekend that will be like summer camp energy but make it nourishing, spacious, and deeply grounding.
Enjoy classes and workshops in Bethel Farm’s sun soaked studio that will invite you out of your busy mind and into your wise body. This includes vinyasa and restorative yoga, meditation and journaling, as well as group Reiki healing will untether you from stress and harmonize your energy.
Remember what it’s like to breathe deeply as you explore the grounds, walk barefoot to the pond, sweat it out in the woodfired sauna and wake up that alive feeling in your skin. There will be plenty of unstructured time to nap in the sun, wander, connect, or be silent. There is a short hike to a nearby waterfall and swimming hole too.
Find connection and feel belonging through play, evenings by the fire, sticky fingers from s’mores, stories spilling out under the stars.
We welcome all generations of women - you’re not too old to go to camp and create lifelong memories.
